what is it?
The dogPRO Business Manager is a web-based business management service that will transform the way you organize your dog training business.

The service is in beta testing phase and is scheduled for release in October 2009.

what will it do for me?
Put client information at your fingertips. You’ll have everything in one place: Client contact details, all data on the dog, billing and payment information, even directions to the client’s house.

Keep track of potential clients. Record and manage service inquiries with the Reminder function in the Client Manager section. You’ll know who called, when, what actions were taken, and what still needs to be done.

Make class scheduling a snap. View all classes in the master calendar or individual classes by instructor. Add a class, search the class roster, print or email class descriptions and waivers, and more.

Give you the big overview. Our Schedule Manager puts all your activities in one calendar: Classes, training sessions, workshops, events, etc. Create separate calendars for individual staff, choose between day, week, or month formats, and never again worry about double-booking—the calendar won’t let you do it.

Measure your marketing. Get return-on-investment reports on your marketing projects, broken down by referral source, and customer conversion rates.

Record your success rate. Track case resolution, case type, and number of cases by type.

Make training documentation easy. Write up training plans in the Case Manager section. If you own the dogPRO CD, this is also where you’ll find the consult forms, contracts, waivers, homework sheets, etc.

when can i get it?
The dogPRO Business Manager is currently in beta testing phase. Release is scheduled for October 2009. Check back closer to the Fall for specific dates.
